Aufgaben

Leading the business development management portfolio by:

• Building and maintaining high-quality relationships with potential customers and partners.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities.
• Scoping and drafting proposals for new engagements.

Leading strategic consulting mandates by:

• Assessing the client’s data and AI maturity and identifying needs and use cases.
• Lead the delivery of our projects to customers.
• Collaborate with our consultants, data, ML, and DevOps engineers, as well as other specialists, to deliver hands-on work on architecting and implementing (technical) solutions.
• Presenting work to various business and tech stakeholders and top management.

Qualifikation

• Proven experience in building and maintaining a business development network for consulting and engineering services.
• Passion and motivation to contribute to the success of an innovative consulting entity pioneer in Data and AI Engineering and MLOps.
• Talent in identifying opportunities and transforming them into concrete business opportunities.
• Talent in building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and team members.
• Established network in the Swiss data, ML & AI markets.
• Knowledge of system and data architectures, platforms, and other relevant technologies.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Swiss passport or a valid EU/EFTA work permit.
