Work collaboratively with business user identifying target customer segments and selection criteria for new acquisition/ cross-selling / up-selling/ usage stimulation
Provide campaign execution supports driving for segment/ product direction & strategies
Incorporate and implement propensity / predictive models into marketing campaigns to maximize customer response
Make well reasoned comments and recommendation to help on marketing cost efficiency through effective pre-campaign analysis and post-campaign evaluation
Produce analytics reports for both regular and campaign specific needs
Take part in analytical model development to achieve business objectives
Identify and coordinate special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
Degree holder with major in quantitative, numerical science or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in financial service industry with proven track record and exposure in database marketing, database development, report tracking and automation
Possess proven competence in SAS Programming, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, database design and management, and user requirement write-ups
A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, remarkable problem solving skills, and good interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
