Role Overview:

As the Chief of Staff, you’ll be the CEO's trusted partner in driving efficiency and supporting critical business functions. You'll focus on optimizing workflows, improving processes, and ensuring that both the CEO and the wider team leverage AI technologies wherever possible. In addition to executive support, you'll have the opportunity to engage in tasks requiring a creative eye, including the creation of marketing materials and presentations using graphic design tools like Canva.

Your Impact:

Your contributions will be critical to improving the company’s overall operational efficiency and productivity. By implementing new tools and optimizing processes, you'll ensure that both the CEO and the team are working at their highest potential. You will also play a key role in enhancing the company’s marketing presence, developing compelling collateral, and providing thoughtful insights that directly influence engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support
    • Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the CEO and executive team
    • Manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks across multiple time zones
    • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and streamline daily tasks
  2. Process Optimization
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and processes
    • Implement new technologies to drive efficiency across the organization
    • Ensure both the CEO and the team are utilizing AI to its fullest potential
  3. Communication & Correspondence
    • Draft and manage high-level communications, including emails, presentations, and reports
    • Ensure all documents reflect the company’s voice and messaging standards
    • Produce content on LinkedIn
  4. Project Coordination
    • Manage timelines and resources for special projects and initiatives
    • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Travel Coordination
    • Plan detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and meetings
  6. Graphic Design
    • Create some basic marketing collaterals.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asana, and cloud-based document management systems
  • Strong background in optimizing workflows and implementing process improvements
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity

Nice-to-Have:

  • Graphic design experience using Canva or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai
  • Sales experience, particularly in drafting outreach messages and developing client engagement strategies
  • Experience creating marketing collateral
