Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Mid-weight Back-end Engineer to contribute to our product development and system scalability. You'll join a growing team that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with the full stack engineer, tech lead and product owner, driving technical implementations and ensuring high-quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design and implementation.
• Solve complex technical challenges with high business impact.

• Contribute to system architecture and code reviews.
• Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Languages: Typescript, Javascript and Python
• Databases: Postgres and NoSql
• Front-end: Svelte, React
• Containerization: Docker

• Message Broker: RabbitMQ (nice-to-have)

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NestJS and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience in database design, management, and optimization.
• Proven track record in project implementation and delivery.
• Proficiency in Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Focus on building scalable, API-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of inter-process communication and microservices

Desired Skills (Bonus Points!):

• Passion for scalable systems and developer tools.
• Familiarity with automating software build and delivery pipelines.
• Interest in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Public project repositories (e.g., GitHub/Bitbucket) showcasing your work.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) or cloud platforms.
• Open-source contributions or maintenance experience.
