The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal

Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms for which we are looking for Data Scientists with the capability to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects. If you are a problem solver with a curiosity for exploring new techniques and technologies in AIML space, then we would like to talk with you.

Shift Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM (hybrid model)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
    • Develop and execute strategies to qualify and nurture leads
  • Proposal Creation:
    • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are comprehensive and competitive

  • Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
    • Analyze market data to inform business development strategies

  • Cold Calling:
    • Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients
    • Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups

  • Conversion:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
    • Guide leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales operations, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of AI and analytics products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis
  • Experience in creating compelling proposals and presentations
  • Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
