We are seeking ambitious, organized and dynamic individuals to join our SDR team and help us redefine how businesses ensure code quality in the AI era.

As an SDR at Qodo, you’ll generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead qualification with some of the most innovative and recognizable brands in the world. Our mission is to nurture tomorrow’s leaders while delivering measurable results today. With our comprehensive onboarding and training program, you’ll gain expertise in our industry, customers, and sales methodologies—laying the foundation for potential career growth in sales, marketing, customer success, and more.

What will you do:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and many many others
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies to articulate Qodo.ai’s value proposition
  • Follow up with inbound leads using strategic messaging to some of the most successful development leaders in the world
  • Gain hands-on experience with AI technology, contributing to the growth of a cutting-edge startup
  • Fast track your sales career, and get on the ground floor at one of the most innovative AI code generation startups in the world
