You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to align our sales strategy with the company’s broader goals, playing a critical role in propelling us into our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization & Scalability: Establish and refine sales processes that drive efficiency and scalability. From pipeline management to sales operations, you will ensure that the sales function runs like a well-oiled machine, adapting quickly as we grow.

  • Revenue Accountability & Forecasting: Own the sales targets, develop accurate forecasts, and provide visibility into performance against key metrics. You’ll be responsible for hitting aggressive growth targets while maintaining a high level of predictability and transparency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and feedback loops that enhance our product and market positioning.

  • Customer & Market Insights: Use your deep market knowledge and customer insights to shape our sales approach, ensuring we are ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics. You will act as the voice of the customer, influencing product development and strategic direction.

  • Executive Partnership: Work as a trusted partner to the CEO and the executive team, contributing to company-wide decision-making and strategic planning. Your input will be critical in aligning sales strategy with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of sales experience, with a proven track record as a senior sales leader in high-growth startups, ideally within the software or technology sector.

  • Proven ability to mentor and develop sales teams, turning underperformers into top performers and creating a culture of success.

  • Deep expertise in sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

  • A true strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically—comfortable with ambiguity and ready to pivot quickly as needed.

  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments where structure is needed without sacrificing agility.

Key Characteristics
