We are looking for a Business Analyst(s) who takes the lead to collect and analysis the business requirement and develop documentation in the system development life cycle(SDLC).

As a Business Analyst, your typical day might include the following:

• Leading and facilitating discussion with business users to gather user requirements or user stories to meet business objective
• System analysis
• Provide technical documentation e.g. (Requirement Specification, User Manual, Test plan)
• Work with the QA team to write test plan
• Conduct testings before system production launch (Unit test/SIT/Performance Test)
• Provide support on User Acceptance Test(UAT) 
• Provide user training or demo to end user when system launch if necessary 
• Communication between customer and internal team.
• Collaborating closely with System Analyst and Project Manager
• Manage offshore developers e.g. Taiwan, Vietnam etc

This job might be for you if:

• Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Working experience in IT project
• Familiar with IT technical is an added advantage
• Experience in Agile development or PRINCE2 environment is an added advantage
• With Banking/Finance background is an added advantage

Other Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge on IT tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, Confluence, Asana, PowerPoint
• Higher Diploma/Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems or equivalent
• Proactive, with initiative, able to independently complete job assignments with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Willing to work in a competent, challenging and team-working environment
• Willing to learn new technology
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
