YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increasing the performance of discount management tools (such as flash deals, coupons, and campaigns) or user-generated content (Rate & Review, Q&A) while maintaining a continuous appetite for seeking growth opportunities.
- Creating and optimizing the campaigns tools or UGC roadmaps together with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Site Management, UX/UI, and Data Science, by using a customer-centric and data-oriented approach.
- Conduct and track deep-dive analysis and hypothesis-driven A/B tests to evaluate how displays, logics, and algorithms perform, and to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to improve campaign tools or UGC projects by taking hypothesis from project managers and pro-actively generating questions.
- Partner with stakeholder teams to define success metrics, develop approaches to track and quantify the data, evaluate the results, and create a common language for all colleagues to understand these KPIs.
- Communicating development requests to product teams and coordinating the process
- Prepare region based, domain based dashboards to show campaigns or UGC performance when needed
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, Management, Statistics
- 4 years experience in data analysis, project & product management
- Strong project management&cross team coordination/collaboration&communication skills and very strong follow up.
- Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making
- Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of dataStrong knowledge of SQL.
- Familiar with digital analytics visualization tools (Gsheet, Looker, Qlikview, Tableau etc.)
- Communication skills - Excited to work with different functions within company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
