Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and insightful Audio Call Curator to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on listening to and identifying standout moments in conversations between our AI Healthcare Agent and patients. Your goal will be to highlight interactions that showcase the AI's capabilities, patient engagement, and unique conversational elements that provide value or insight. If you have a background in healthcare or marketing and an ear for compelling dialogue, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and analyze audio recordings of conversations between the AI Healthcare Agent and patients.

  • Identify and highlight key moments in the calls that demonstrate impactful patient interactions or interesting AI responses.

  • Curate a collection of notable calls for internal review, training, or marketing purposes.

  • Provide feedback on how to enhance the quality and impact of the AI's conversations.

  • Edit selected audio clips to improve clarity, sound quality, or narrative flow.

  • Work closely with the development team to share insights from calls that could inform AI improvements.

  • Document and report on the findings from your analysis, focusing on interesting and valuable call highlights.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, marketing, or a related field, particularly in roles involving patient or customer interactions.

  • Strong listening skills with the ability to identify and appreciate nuanced conversational elements.

  • Basic audio editing skills with tools like Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar software.

  • Creative thinking with a knack for storytelling and highlighting compelling content.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and feedback.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in roles involving call analysis, quality assurance, or content curation.

  • Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly in healthcare.

  • A background in healthcare communication, patient relations, or similar fields.
