About the role
In this context, your mission as an AI Business Analyst will be to:
Help the Data families of the Intact Lab accelerate the completion of their AI projects by helping to implement and execute an outreach strategy that provides access to all players in the Quebec, Ontario, Canadian and, in some cases, global innovation ecosystem. From the world of start-ups to the academic world, including solution providers and companies tackling problems similar to the Lab’s, the successful candidate must develop an excellent understanding of the roadmaps of the Intact Lab Data families in order to offer them the collaborators who will have the greatest impact on the achievement of their projects.
Support the academic project portfolio of two Data divisions of the Intact Lab, by connecting the right players in the applied research community with the Lab’s managers and senior data scientists and by facilitating project definition and funding.
What you'll do here:
Keep up to date with the latest trends in artificial intelligence and technological advances in order to identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
Organize and structure the documentation and results of the different collaborations.
Lead work sessions with experts from different fields and the various project stakeholders.
Develop an excellent understanding of the teams’ roadmaps and suggest collaborators to accelerate their completion.
What you bring to the table:
University degree in a related field or relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst in an IT environment.
Highly developed analytical skills facilitating problem solving.
Support, coaching and consulting skills.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (an asset).
Knowledge of the company, the insurance industry and business processes are important assets.
Team player.
Bilingualism (French and English) - Need to interact regularly with colleagues from across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
