We’re seeking an AI Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position, offering both remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration at our M1 Building office in Downtown Beirut.

What You’ll Do

• Create new and refine existing prompts using different LLMs to enhance chatbot performance and integrate AI solutions in different departments. 
  

• Work with developers to design and integrate AI features into our ERP system, translating business requirements into technical specifications for programmers to code.
  

• Design, implement, and optimize technical workflows that enhance automation and AI-driven processes. 
  

• Work with APIs to integrate AI models, automate data flow, and optimize system performance.
  

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, mathematics, physics, finance, economics,  or a related field, with exceptional quantitative skills.
  

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
  

• Fluency in English is required.
  

• Final-year students, fresh graduates and  experienced analysts are welcome to apply.
