Reporting to the AI Adoption Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work in our Munich (Aschheim) or Gothenburg (Mölndal) offices, or a key Essity site elsewhere. Be part of an ambitious team driving innovation and educational initiatives across our organization.
About the Role
As an AI Analyst – Delivery & AI Adoption, you will play a dual role in delivering AI solutions and identifying the capabilities of tomorrow. You will also develop and execute an AI Literacy plan to educate employees on AI concepts, tools, and applications. Your passion for combining business and technology will help unlock the value AI can bring across Essity’s entire value stream, encouraging informed risk-taking in a dynamic and challenging environment.
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement an organization-wide AI literacy plan, in partnership with HR & Business teams, to educate employees on AI concepts, tools, and applications.
Content creation: Curate, create, and deliver educational resources and training materials that make AI concepts accessible and relevant to diverse roles within the organization.
Foster excitement and engagement with AI by designing interactive learning experiences, workshops, and events.
Support change management processes and activities within the IT organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to lead and deliver internal AI solutions that align with business objectives.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure AI solutions are practical, innovative, and beneficial.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Education & Learning, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in IT or business functions.
Proven project delivery experience, especially in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Proven experience in education and learning, especially focusing on data, technology, and AI.
Passionate and self-driven individual with a purpose-driven mindset.
Enthusiastically engaged with AI and its potential while recognizing its risks and limitations.
Strong communicator, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
Comfortable working in a matrix organization where success relies on influence rather than authority.
Possesses strong organizational and project management skills and is able to transform research and insights into tangible outcomes for Essity.
Hands-on understanding of data analytics and AI technologies.
