Synthflow is looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to build and enhance our website. This role requires expertise in Webflow development, animations, branding, and analytics implementation. You’ll work closely with our design team to create a high-performance, visually engaging, and brand-consistent web experience.

Responsibilities

Webflow Development & Performance Optimization

• Build Synthflow’s webpage using Webflow’s CMS and design tools.

• Develop a responsive, high-performance website optimized for all devices.

• Ensure an intuitive, user-friendly experience with smooth interactions and clear navigation.

Advanced Animations & Motion Design

Enhance engagement through creative motion design and animations.

• Implement Webflow interactions, Lottie animations, and GSAP for smooth, dynamic effects.

• Optimize animations for performance and responsiveness across devices.

Analytics & Tracking Implementation

• Set up and configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.

• Integrate HubSpot tracking for lead capture and marketing insights.

• Ensure data-driven decisions by implementing robust website analytics.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Webflow development (custom layouts, interactions, CMS).

Strong background in web animations and motion design (Webflow interactions, GSAP, Lottie).

React, JavaScript, and CSS skills to extend Webflow’s capabilities where needed.

✅ Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams on branding and UI/UX.

✅ Experience with media asset optimization for performance.

✅ Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot for tracking and analytics.

Startup mindset – proactive, problem-solver, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Based in Berlin time zone (+/- 2 hours preferred) to facilitate real-time collaboration.
