Job Description: 

Relyance AI is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce that improve business processes and customer engagement. You will be responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining various Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and ensuring the platform evolves as we scale. As a self-starter, you'll be expected to take ownership of your work, manage your time efficiently, and contribute to the team’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Manage and oversee multiple Salesforce projects that includes gathering requirements, executing technical solutions, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions integrate seamlessly with other internal systems and third-party applications.
  • Perform data management tasks, such as data migration, data integrity, and data quality management.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and related integrations.
  • Develop and implement a thorough QA process to validate new features and changes before go-live.
  • Own SFDC by being proactive in solving problems, implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and maintaining high standards of work.
  • Work closely and effectively communicate with key stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, customer success) 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a SFDC Developer in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
  • SFDC certifications - Platform Developer, Administrator, Platform App Builder, App Architect, Sales Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex business requirements and provide efficient solutions 
  • Strong project management skills to own, execute, and meet deadlines, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in defining and executing a robust QA process that ensures smooth deployment and minimizes risk during go-live.
  • Flexibility to work some hours overlapping with the Pacific Time Zone (PT) for collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
