BUSINESS UNIT

CRM Development & Revenue Operations & AI @ HRS drive sales automation, AI-powered insights, and data driven decision-making across our commercial teams. The unit ensures that our sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies are supported by best-in-class technology and automation to maximize efficiency and revenue impact.

POSITION

We are looking for a Sales Tech & AI Operations Manager (all genders) to join our Mohali location working for global teams.

CHALLENGE

  • Own and optimize Outreach.io, Clay.com, and AI-driven sales tools to enhance prospecting, pipeline generation and deal execution.
  • Automate and integrate workflows between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations through AI and data enrichment.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of sales technologies with Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting data accuracy and process automation.
  • Manage AI-driven sales automation tools (e.g., 11x.ai) to improve rep efficiency and engagement strategies.
  • Drive the implementation or revenue intelligence solutions, leveraging insights form Outreach.io and other AI powered tools.
  • Support data hygiene initiatives by managing automated enrichment, deduplication, and data synchronization between platforms.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • 3+ years of experience in technical revenue operations, sales technology. or CRM administration.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills required to manage a high volume of concurrent requests without ever slipping on quality.
  • Hands-on expertise with Outreach.io, Clay.com, 11x.ai or similar AI-powered sales tools.
  • Outreach Administrator certification is desired but not required.
  • Experience in sales automation, AI-driven outreach, and workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clay.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io)
  • Experience with CRM system, preferable Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a must
  • Understand of API Integrations and workflow automation
  • Proficiency in BI tools and data analysis to drive actionable insights.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills, able to flawlessly transition between conversations with operations, sales development, and marketing stakeholders.
  • You bring a careful, meticulous approach to everything you do and understand the importance of minimizing errors in customer-facing work.
  • Enthusiasm for cross-functional and collaborative work.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
