We're seeking a bold, strategic, and execution-driven VP of Marketing to join our leadership team and shape the next chapter of our brand and growth. 

This is a high-impact role for a marketing leader who thrives on turning vision into action, leads by example, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. If you're energized by building and scaling teams, owning the full funnel, and crafting narratives that stand out—we want to meet you. 

This role is part of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the VP of Go-to-Market who leads sales and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

As VP of Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution across all core marketing functions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, while building and mentoring a global high-performing marketing team. 

● Brand & Positioning: Own and evolve our brand story across all channels and experiences. 

● Growth & Demand Gen: Drive full-funnel campaigns that grow awareness and thought leadership, generate opportunities , and accelerate revenue and growth - direct and indirect . Owner of all analytics, reporting and data driven 

● Events & Experiences: Lead strategy and execution for events (virtual and physical) while crafting experiences that create lasting impact. 

● Content & story telling Strategy: Define and deliver our content tone of voice across all channels - externally and internally

● Product Marketing: Shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning 

● Marketing and Business Operations: Build and optimize a modern sales and marketing tech stack that drives scale, insights, and ROI. 

● Team Leadership: Grow and mentor a talented, curious, ambitious team of marketers who are eager to make a difference.

Requirements

● 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong track record of leading global teams comprising both full-time employees and freelancers. 

● Deep expertise across the full marketing funnel and analytics driven—from brand awareness and demand generation to pipeline acceleration and customer retention. 

● A strategic thinker who seamlessly transitions into tactical execution, delivering high-quality outcomes with precision. 

● Proven ability to craft creative and compelling narratives and distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. 

● Skilled in translating market insights and brand storytelling into actionable go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execution plans.

● Capable of developing comprehensive direct and indirect marketing plans, aligned with business objectives. 

● Proficient in key marketing tools, including HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and others. 

● Experienced in strategic budget management, with a strong focus on ROI-driven decision-making and smart resource allocation. 

● Familiar with and enthusiastic about using AI-powered marketing tools to drive speed, efficiency, and innovation. 

● A people-first leader who values collaboration, takes initiative, and consistently delivers measurable results with accountability.
