We are seeking an innovative and AI-enabled intern to join our Clinical Research Operations team, focusing on AI-driven site engagement and multi-platform digital marketing initiatives. This internship will provide invaluable exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies in clinical research and offer hands-on experience in digital marketing within the healthcare sector. Main Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing AI-powered strategies to enhance site engagement and patient recruitment in clinical trials
Support the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) for clinical study recruitment
Collaborate with the social media manager to analyze campaign performance and suggest AI-driven improvements
Help in the development and testing of AI algorithms for patient matching and site selection
Contribute to the research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies in clinical research and digital marketing
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on the impact of AI and digital marketing initiatives on trial recruitment and efficiency
Support the integration of AI tools with existing clinical operations systems
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's in data science, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field at an accredited college or university
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in healthcare and clinical research
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts, including content creation and analytics
Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (such as PowerBI, Excel, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus

The hourly rate for this position is $27-$32. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through LINK.
