MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

• Create performing video ads for multiple networks,
• Deeply analyze the performance and rationale of your creative work,
• Continuously benchmark competitors, monitor viral and social trends, and stay abreast of popular culture
• Have the opportunity to work on a large variety of apps (music, coloring, utilities…),
• Team spirit: We all work together, we highly value sharing ideas and techniques so that everyone can improve.

ABOUT YOU

• A first experience as a creative position in a performance marketing ecosystem, preferably in the mobile industry
• Good editing and motion design skills (preferably After Effects and Adobe Premiere)
• Ability to identify and incorporate innovative tools, such as AI solutions and social media video templates, to enhance performance: a real hacker mindset
• Solid knowledge of data-driven marketing, mobile industry and social networks,
• Camera shooting skills is a plus
• Fluent in English, knowledge in French is a plus
• You posses the mindset aligned with the 9 MWM principles described on the home page
