Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Representatives to promote our company’s products and services. Candidates with telesales or call center experience are encouraged to apply, and fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome. This role focuses on outbound calls to potential customers, building rapport, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to generate interest and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous interactions.

Sales and Lead Conversion:

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in telesales or call center roles is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections professionally.
  • Target-driven with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
