Mission and responsibilities:

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Strategy Consultant. In this role, you will be identifying key areas for improvement, conducting market research, and suggesting strategies to boost company performance.


To ensure success as a strategy analyst, you should have sound knowledge of financial analysis, and experience with workflow management. A top-level strategy consultant will identify and suggest strategies that reduce costs, boost performance, and ensure industry longevity.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the market, competition, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and develop detailed company reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic projects.
  • Effectively communicate strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc.).
  • Banking business knowledge (P&L, Balance sheet, budget definition)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
