We're looking for a Senior Ops Project Manager (AI) to accelerate the collaborative efforts of our global AI area and Brazil operations.
The team is focused on exploring ways to use AI technologies for the benefit of patients, physicians and clinics. We benefit from being both part of an established company and an independent startup.
We understand both the capabilities of current technologies and the needs of patients and physicians, and we stay in close contact with them. We validate ideas and build proofs of concept, MVPs and scalable solutions. We make sure they deliver value to end users.
The Operations Manager will oversee the performance, optimization, and growth of AI products in Brazil. This role focuses on managing stakeholders, analyzing KPIs, monitoring performance, and optimizing processes for scalability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and operational improvements.

Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or project management, with a focus on scaling businesses or projects at the regional level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, anticipate challenges, and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
Demonstrated expertise in optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments.

You are native Brazilian and can communicate in English (B2+).
