About the role:

We are seeking a data-driven Project Manager with expertise in AI to lead the development and optimization of cutting-edge AI projects. This role will focus on managing complex initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, while delivering impactful results on time and within budget. Fluency in French is required, and proven experience managing high-stakes, complex projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• You'll oversee the end-to-end management of AI projects, from initial concept and planning to execution, delivery, and post-launch optimisation.
• You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• You'll track and analyse key performance metrics, using data to make informed decisions and optimize project outcomes.
• You'll develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• You'll identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
• You'll stay updated on AI trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to improve project impact and efficiency.
• You'll lead regular project check-ins and progress updates, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• You'll manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• You'll champion collaboration and problem-solving, acting as the central point of coordination for all project-related activities.
• You'll document and share project learnings and best practices, helping the team continually improve its processes and outcomes.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 4+ years of experience managing complex AI or technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, AI development, or a similar project management-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analytics platforms.
• A results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering measurable impact and optimising performance.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with experience in managing multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Confidence in introducing fresh ideas, testing new approaches, and adapting based on outcomes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage workloads effectively.
• Proficiency in analysing and interpreting project performance metrics.
