RadiantGraph is building the first AI-native consumer engagement platform for healthcare, helping payors and health services connect with their members in smarter, faster, and more personalized ways.
We believe that healthcare needs the same personalization consumers expect from modern tech platforms, but without the years of costly integration work. That’s why we’ve built a unified system that ingests complex health data, trains AI models for tailored outreach, and automates omnichannel communication, including email, SMS, and voice AI.
Since launching in 2023, we’ve grown more than 1,400%, powering engagement for over 3.5 million members, and helping clients 12x their ability to identify at-risk members.
At RadiantGraph, you'll join a mission-driven, fast-growing team focused on building real-world impact at scale, helping millions of people access the right care, at the right time.
As a Solutions Consultant for AI Engagement, you'll partner with our top clients to ensure the successful delivery and scaling of RadiantGraph’s services and platform. You will analyze client requirements, needs, and outcomes and design high-quality solutions for their business goals.
