About the role

In line with our ambitious goals , we are accelerating our growth across all regions. We are now looking for an ambitious Email Marketing Specialist within our Growth Lifecycle team to help us nurture and convert leads as they move through our sales funnel. Our rockstar candidate would come with previous experience of working on a CRM/email automation platform and will help us take our lead nurture programme to the next level.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Building and deploying email campaigns at scale - coordinating with designers, copywriters, and campaign managers for end-to-end delivery.
  • Building workflows for email automations - ensuring that the automation logic is in sync with sales processes and established data pipelines.
  • Testing automations once implemented to ensure the emails are reaching the relevant target audiences and are aligned to campaign goals. 
  • Constantly monitoring email performance and reporting on metrics. Co-ordinate with Operations, Analytics and Sales teams to optimize performance and make changes to campaign logic.
  • Adopting a test-and-learn approach to email marketing - implementing A/B tests and multi-variate tests to quickly learn and scale campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience building email campaigns that are aligned to customers journeys.
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience working with an email automation platform. Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
  • A fast learner with a can-do attitude towards adapting to new processes and technologies.
  • Solution oriented mindset and creative curiosity towards constantly improving campaigns and processes.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition and retention techniques leading to revenue growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
  • Experience working with a scale-up or high growth company is preferred.
