Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving inside sales and lead generation of our cloud and AI software services by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team and technical experts to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales, a strong technical background, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the best solution for their business.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cloud and AI software services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Collaborate with technical experts to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the cloud or AI software services industry.
Ability to work in US shift
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong market research and data mining skills.
Strong persuasive writing skills and direct response email and calling skills
Proven track record of achieving targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience : 5+Years Work Timings : 4 pm-1 am or 5 pm to 2 am (Monday - Friday)
