About the role:
As a Deep Learning Scientist at Immunai, you will join our Machine Learning team to research, build, and deploy our core single-cell representation models. These models synthesize large amounts of molecular data and metadata, linking therapies, indications, data modalities, and biological systems to drug trial results. Your purpose will be to influence drug development decisions based on the prediction of the team's models.
You'll tackle the challenge of modeling varied big data from millions of cell-specific measurements, focusing on, but not limited to, advanced transformer architectures. You will collaborate closely with an experienced ML team, computational biologists, and immunologists to ensure the success and broad application of our models in both internal and external projects at Immunai.
