GEICO’s Model & AI Governance team is seeking a Senior Manager. This role is pivotal in the development and advancement of our Model & AI Systems governance framework. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the Director of Model & AI Governance, focusing on the development and implementation of governance standards, risk identification and assessment, and regulatory advisory. Understanding of insurance Model and AI risk governance is essential, along with the ability to collaborate across functions to enhance model risk management practices.
Location: This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence for three days per week at one of our office locations in Chevy Chase, MD; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or New York, NY.

Annual Salary
$127,000.00 - $207,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
