We are looking for an AI Governance Specialist to join our team and help us enhance and monitor our AI Governance Framework. This framework guides our AI development and deployment processes, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of quality, transparency, and accountability. If you join us, you will be able to participate in a variety of interesting initiatives.

For example, you will: 

  • Analyse the risks of our AI projects and provide recommendations on how to best mitigate them, following our standards and guidelines. 

  • Ensure that our AI solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical principles, and that they respect the values and preferences of our customers and users. 

  • Communicate and collaborate with our AI developers, designers, testers, and managers, as well as with external partners and regulators, to foster a culture of trust and responsibility around AI. 

  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in AI and identify the opportunities and challenges that they pose for our business and society. 

About you 

Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of requirements. If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are genuinely curious about the world of AI Governance, we will be happy to meet you.  

To be successful in the role, you have:  

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, law, or a related field. 

  • No specific coding experience is required for this role but a good grasp of basic AI concepts, such as machine learning, computer vision, large language models is needed to understand AI use cases and assess their risks. 

  • Proficiency in requirement analysis, risk assessment, and problem-solving. 

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple and clear terms. 

  • A curious and pro-active attitude to stay up to date with advances in AI. 

  • Ability to navigate the ambiguity of an evolving field like AI and adapt to changing situations and expectations.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 2,300] and [EUR 3,800] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
