What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and enhance API-based web applications that effectively integrate AI technologies and solutions developed by our team.
• Work closely with product owners and AI engineers to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring robust integration of AI capabilities into our software products.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives, ensuring high quality and impactful delivery.
• Keep updated with the latest software development and AI practices, frameworks, and technologies to continually improve our product offerings.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and engineers, promoting best practices in software engineering and API integration.
• Evaluate and enhance the scalability, security, and performance of applications to meet the demands of our users and clients.

What You Bring & Who You Are

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development with a strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience in developing and maintaining API-based web applications, particularly those incorporating AI or machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and frameworks, such as agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative software solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, adept at deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
