Job Title: NLP Engineer (Applied AI & Agentic Systems)

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered agentic systems — intelligent bots, assistants, and custom AI agents that integrate with APIs, databases, and business logic to drive real value. Our platforms focuses on practical, scalable AI applications rather than pure research — and we’re looking for NLP engineers who can help us push the boundaries.

What You’ll Do

· Build and fine-tune LLM-powered agents and assistants using cutting-edge NLP techniques.

· Design and implement workflows that combine natural language processing with API calls, database queries, and business logic.

· Evaluate and apply the right LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and fine-tune when necessary.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and shape AI-based solutions.

· Help teams integrate AI into their projects by providing technical guidance and best practices.

· Develop prompt engineering strategies and reusable agent components.

· Stay up to date with the latest trends in NLP, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, etc.

· Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes — sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.

· Be a strong team player — communicative, proactive, and focused on shared success.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, AI or a related field.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience working with NLP or LLMs in a production or applied research setting

· Solid understanding of NLP concepts — embeddings, tokenization, entity recognition, summarization, etc.

· Experience with modern LLMs and foundational models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

· Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).

· Comfortable integrating with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic backend logic.

· Experience with prompt engineering and chaining LLM calls into workflows.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions without excessive boilerplate code.

· Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning models.

Nice to Have

· Knowledge of Python and working with AI SDKs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.

· 2/3+ years of experience in natural language processing or a related field.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET or Python, with experience in NLP libraries.

· Experience with text preprocessing techniques and tools.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for deploying/configuring the Gen AI Bot .

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
