About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI & Machine Learning to join our growing team at PushPress. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating and productionizing state-of-the-art language models (LLMs) into our fitness platform, enabling us to deliver intelligent and personalized experiences to our users. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and drive the implementation of these solutions.

What You'll Do

• Integrate and deploy pre-trained LLMs into our production environment
• Develop APIs and backend infrastructure to support the deployment of AI-powered features
• Optimize AI models for inference performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in a production setting
• Implement fine-tuning techniques to adapt LLMs to our specific domain and use cases
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ideate and prototype new AI-driven features that enhance our user experience
• Design and implement MLOps practices and infrastructure to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production
• Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and maintaining AI systems in production
• Mentor and guide other engineers on the team in adopting AI technologies and best practices

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML engineering
• Strong proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience deploying and scaling machine learning models in a production environment
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for versioning, deploying, and monitoring AI models
• Experience with API design, development, and integration
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML offerings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field is a plus
