We are coming to the end of a phase of simplification of legacy infrastructure and we’re moving into the next phase of consolidation and growth. AI is a core enabler of that. We have an established AI and Machine Learning team in Nijmegen with expertise in photo content analysis and layouts. The team is already delivering value in several areas including our AI-driven image upscaler and smart assistant which generate €millions in revenue. We also own employee-facing products such as our Translation Service which saves time and money in the creation of copy across our European markets. Finally the team is looking to enable the organisation by providing an ML platform. This will make it easier for other teams to deliver up high quality ML projects without work from the AI team. The team is now ready for the next phase of growth which needs strong product management to identify and articulate a prioritised roadmap of initiatives. The candidate needs to be a confident communicator and keen to collaborate with other product and stakeholder teams in order to bring their ideas to life. We need someone who can act as a cheerleader for the team to build its reputation across the group and with enough data science knowledge to have meaningful conversations with the tech team. Their collaborative approach extends beyond integration with cross-functional teams to actively driving and inspiring innovation and high performance within these teams. With their advanced stakeholder management skills, they navigate complex relationships with finesse, ensuring not just alignment but active engagement and support from stakeholders towards common objectives. Furthermore, they may start to manage more junior members of the organisation, whilst still spending a majority of their time as an individual contributor.
