Role Overview:
As a Platform Product Manager you will be responsible for leading our core no-code automation platform, you will make a real impact on the entire company.

Someone who always starts with the ideal end state first and works backward from it, challenging all current assumptions,and able to laser focus on the right opportunity to execute.
About The Role
- Your focus will be the core layer that serves across all our products, creating and maintaining a seamless multi-product experience at scale: layout, standardization and more.
- You will steer the teams responsible for maintaining and innovating our workflow builder, automations and integrations. Ensuring smooth user experience and maximum functionality.
- Define big visions based on market trends and customer needs into concrete roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to roll them out effectively.
- Accelerate focus within your product teams to roll out impactful automation experiences that promise growth and evolution to a multi-function, integrated platform.
- Leading a cross functional team,, promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and measurable impact.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within the organization, including developers, designers, CX, Sales and senior leadership.

What you will do:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define the product roadmap and strategy for our platform product, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define product requirements and user stories based on market needs, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Product Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, ML, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality and user-friendly automation solutions.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, setting priorities, coordinating sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
- Work closely with the engineering team to define technical specifications, resolve issues, and make trade-offs based on resource constraints and business priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product development process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, product documentation, and training materials to support product launches and customer adoption.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for internal teams and external clients.
Product Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor key product metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, market trends, and evolving business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the software industry, with a focus on automation or business process optimization and a desire to apply AI in a product setting.
- Strong understanding or curiosity of automation concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles design tools like Figma and have the ability to work closely with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products.
- Knowledge of data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a bias to action.
