Financial Crime Intelligence, Investigations & Analytics (FCIIA), situated within Group Financial Crime Prevention, provides specialist capabilities to support enterprise-wide Complex Investigations, Proactive Strategic Intelligence and Financial Crime Monitoring capabilities. FCIIA also provides subject matter expertise to support analytics initiative to drive great efficiency and effectiveness across traditional financial crime monitoring and detection capabilities.

About this opportunity

As an ML/AI Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team working on next generation financial crime prevention models.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help build the next generation financial crime prevention models.
  • Work with the team of stakeholders and the data scientists to articulate the vision and setting the strategy and roadmap for the ML/AI products.
  • Define and analyse metrics that guide the success of the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to unlock new capabilities to fight financial crime.
  • Ensure the team works on the most impactful work, helping highly skilled data scientists deliver value.
  • Work in a data informed way using both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Stay up-to-date on AI, analytics and financial crime knowledge, and share insights with the team.


The role is based in Stockholm. You will join a team that is built on hybrid skill-sets and has a dynamic work environment.

Your experience and background: 

  • Proven experience working as a product manager in a large organization.
  • Proven experience working with ML/AI products.
  • Highly capable of taking complex business requirements and translating into requirements actionable by data scientist.
  • Highly capable in complex stakeholder management, including e.g. expectations management across multiple different domains and needs.
  • Highly capable of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy whether it be to your team or to senior partners
  • Enjoy collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working with financial crime prevention in the financial services industry is a benefit.
