In recent years, the integration of AI into contact centers has revolutionized the way organizations handle customer service. With the introduction of AI technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and chatbots - we’ve transformed contact centers into intelligent hubs capable of providing efficient, personalized, and round-the-clock customer support.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to temporarily lead our field marketing initiatives during a maternity leave period. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth through the execution of high-impact events, including tradeshows, field events, and Observe.ai-hosted experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event management, cross-functional collaboration, and demand generation strategies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead planning and execution of tradeshows, field events, and Observe.AI-hosted experiences.
  • Drive pipeline growth by delivering high-impact events that convert to meetings and opportunities.
  • Build and manage event promotion campaigns, including outreach emails and pre/post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Track and report on event ROI, pipeline, and lead conversion metrics.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, and budgets to deliver seamless and efficient experiences.
  • Manage marketing coordinator, and run events end-to-end

What you bring to the role

  • 6+ years of experience managing B2B events, including tradeshows and company-hosted programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple events and timelines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for crafting event outreach and messaging.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; self-starter with a bias for action.

Salary Range

The hourly wage/salary for this 6 month contract position is $60.00 - $90.00 an hour based on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
