Your mission

• Build robust data-sharing between drones and ground systems
• Design scalable pub/sub architectures for real-time swarms
• Optimize QoS, latency, and reliability over unstable networks
• Implement fallback and mesh communication logic

Your profile

• Strong experience with ROS2, DDS (FastDDS, Cyclone, RTI)
• Understanding of QoS, bandwidth optimization, and jitter handling
• Experience in real-time distributed systems
• UAV or robotics networking experience is a plus

• Intrinsic motivation and willingness to go the extra mile, as well as attention to detail
• Creativity that thinks outside the box as well as conceptual and systematic design thinking and disciplined execution
• Servant leadership that puts the success of the team above their ego
• Highest moral standards and work ethic
• We value extracurricular responsibilities and accomplishments on your resume
• Fluent in English or German
• Citizenship of a NATO member state or close ally is a must
• Successful applicants will be required to obtain a security clearance
