Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support the Sales Operations Lead and PMO team for one of our largest accounts in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) practice. This role will focus on operational and executional tasks, enabling the Sales Operations Lead to concentrate on strategic initiatives and account growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Capabilities & Delivery, PMO, and Central Operations Excellence, to drive the growth of the account and contribute to broader CPG initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Sales Ops:

  • Assist in creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders (COs), and proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to clients.
  • Provide operational support to the Sales Operations Lead across sales processes for key industry sectors, including CPG, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive collaboration and alignment on key account activities.
  • Manage and administer Salesforce CRM, including building and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with horizontal and vertical teams to develop consistent messaging, maintain collaterals, and ensure high-quality deliverables for designated accounts

Access Management:

  • Create a new user in the client system and get the login credentials from the client.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Troubleshoot authentication-related issues and work with the IT team to resolve them.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing access-related reports and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to inappropriate access.
  • Work with stakeholders (HR, IT, Security, and Business Units) to define and streamline access management processes.
  • Provide support for access-related service desk tickets and incidents.
  • Document and maintain tracker and SOPs for access management.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the sales lifecycle and global delivery models (e.g., On-site/Off-shore).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, multi-cultural, and distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to create and interpret custom reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to pre-sales, bid management, or program management in analytics or technology-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of the CPG industry and related analytics solutions is a plus.
