About the role
At Swiss Re we are taking a ground-breaking Risk Data & Services platform (RDS) to market with an aim to deliver outstanding risk insights and services to our corporate customers using a broad array of risk models and advanced analytics. In this context we are looking for an experienced partner channel sales executive to work with partners, brokers, and consultancies serving corporates globally. This role focuses on bringing Risk Data & Services into higher value use cases enabled by partners with market leading capabilities. The role plays a critical role in building and scaling our business by winning new clients through partners globally.
As Senior Channel Partner Sales Executive for RDS, you will focus on growing our partner-base globally, thus identifying, progressing, and winning partners independently and jointly with the local RDS sales team. A key part of the role is entrepreneurial in its heart, as the candidate will also lead the standardization and roll out of commercial partner programs- This includes the enablement of local teams to independently onboard partners. Furthermore, the role is expected to lead the development of a small number of strategic consulting partners. Therefore, we are looking to hire a senior professional with strong sales experience from risk platform and SaaS business models. We expect our new colleague to lead partner engagement programs and activities globally, and be accountable (with others) for its success:
Collaboration will be crucial. You will work with multiple groups with deep expertise to shape our proposition, including our key account managers, underwriters, engineers, market bodies, brokers, other service providers, and so on. More importantly, the team's success is your success and vice versa – you can only be successful by becoming a deeply integrated part of the wider team.
