What You’ll Do: Marketing Coordination Schedule and manage content publishing across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing strategy.Liaise with external partners and internal teams to develop high-quality assets.Manage workflows for content creation and dissemination to the growth teams and other stakeholders.Monitor engagement metrics and optimise posting strategies to maximise visibility. Sales CoordinationCollaborate with the sales team to manage contracts, proposals, and sales-related documentation.Prepare materials for client meetings, pitches, and internal reviews.Track and report sales performance metrics such as pipeline health and quota attainment.Maintain a repository of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and templates. CRM ManagementBuild and maintain the company’s CRM system to support sales, marketing, and customer success functions.Ensure data accuracy and completeness, validating inputs from POCs, transcripts, and other sources.Train team members on CRM best practices and monitor usage consistency.Maintain and audit up-to-date customer and sales data to provide a reliable source of truth. Analytics & ReportingMonitor and analyse lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.Track website performance, SDR metrics, and social media engagement rates, providing actionable insights.Prepare detailed reports for the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), including dashboards and data-driven narratives.Identify trends and improvement opportunities by analysing sales, marketing, and operational data. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: 3+ years in sales or marketing coordination roles.Social Media: Experience managing LinkedIn and other social platforms for a business.Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage data and processes with precision.Process-Driven: Skilled in creating and managing efficient workflows.Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on compelling content creation.
