Key Responsibilities: -
- Route to market Analytics Consulting (Sales, Distribution, B2B, E Commerce, Trade promotion etc) for Fortune 500 CPG and Retail clients globally
- Formulate the Analytics strategy, vision, and execution plan for RTM/Sales transformation for CPG and Retail companies, leveraging Digital and technology.
- Conceptualizing and designing analytics services in the RTM area for CPG and Retail companies.
- Lead teams to deliver Route to market Analytics consulting projects for leading CPG and Retail clients.
- Aid in Business Development and shaping proposals in the RTM area.
- Build Relationships with Industry RTM leaders and help build RTM capability/Practice at Fractal
- Experience of deploying RTM Analytics applications with both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade markets.
- Other skills /experience (preferred) would be Digital Commerce, RGM, Supply Chain and product management principles.
Success Profile: -
- You have a demonstrated track record of leading and delivering RTM analytics engagements within new and existing CPG/Retail accounts for pure play analytics services, while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
- You have strong commercial acumen that you can execute on to manage and grow revenue.
- You are an effective and credible storyteller with a strong ability to map client challenges to internal capabilities and can link those conversations back to business outcomes.
- You have excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills allowing you to engage client audiences ranging from technical implementers up through Business and Technology C-levels.
- You thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere, while defining issues/hypotheses, performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations of solution alternatives.
- You have demonstrated experience of leading large teams located globally, and are seen as a natural people leader, while effectively managing account growth goals.
Qualifications And Skills
- M.B.A. or Post graduation in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Operations Research, Economics)
- Overall experience of 7-10 years preferred with deep knowledge on RTM and Sales Analytics
- Proven track record and desire to drive client relationships and sales activities and, over time, drive account/practice growth
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to think on his/her feet and engage with both the business and analytical community
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a cross-functional environment
- Willingness to work with a geographically distributed team structure in an extremely fast-paced and challenging environment
- Self-driven individuals with an appetite for rapid career growth and a can-do attitude are most likely to succeed in this role
