Sales and client relationship:
collaborate with sales team on business opportunities
deliver technical presentations and demos to prospects
respond to rfps and technical inquiries
act as trusted technical advisor to clients and prospects
identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Product development and technical expertise:
drive product evolution based on customer feedback
collaborate with product management on feature prioritization
maintain deep knowledge of siena’s offerings and industry trends
provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
Implementation and integration:
design custom solutions for client needs
oversee complex implementations and resolve technical issues
design and execute pocs, analyzing results for improvements
Cross-functional collaboration:
work with engineering, product, and support teams
participate in cycle planning and product roadmap discussions
facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Documentation and knowledge sharing:
create and maintain technical documentation
develop internal training sessions
contribute to company knowledge base

Have 3-5+ years of experience in a solutions consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Are technically savvy and can simplify complex concepts for others.
Have a proven track record in client relationship management and advisory roles.
Possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
