Your mission

• Lead end-to-end project execution for UAV swarm development
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory departments
• Define milestones, risk assessments, and contingency plans for complex defense projects
• Oversee customer and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with defense and security requirements
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, NATO procurement policies, and defense regulations
• Drive agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for iterative development
• Track KPIs, project performance metrics, and continuous process improvements

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in project management for defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum and high pace environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in engineering, AI, and cybersecurity
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello, Monday.com)
• Familiarity with government contracting, military procurement cycles, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to handle high-stakes, classified, and mission-critical projects

• Background in UAV technology, AI, or embedded systems development
• Experience working with military, defense contractors, and government agencies
• Knowledge of risk management for security-sensitive defense projects
