You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from conception and planning through execution and deployment. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical understanding of AI, and excellent communication skills.

• You manage all aspects of conversational AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• You develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, task scheduling, and risk management.
• You utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting the approach based on project needs and organizational context.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution is your daily business.
• Active participation in discussions related to AI content, leveraging your generalist AI domain knowledge to contribute to design and implementation decisions are also important things to do.
• You monitor project progress, identify, and resolve roadblocks and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• You manage project budgets and resources effectively and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience: Proven experience managing IT projects, ideally within the AI or natural language processing domain
• Know -How: Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies with the ability to apply the appropriate methodology to different project contexts. Generalist knowledge of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language understanding and conversational AI platforms. Demonstrated ability to understand and participate in technical discussions related to AI content.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Languages Skills: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Technical Know-How: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) is a plus.
