ERP Expert/ Project manager

The European Investment Bank is the lending arm of the European Union. We are one of the biggest multilateral financial institutions in the world and one of the largest providers of climate finance.

Business analysts identify, define and document software requirements to be developed and business processes to be supported with software. They serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.

Knowledge and skills

• Lead in the identification and deployment of a global outof-the-box ERP solutions to manage EEAS Head-Quarter and EU Delegations network business needs (covering all administrative matters: HR, finance, contract, logistics, real estate, service vehicles fleet, etc.)
• Lead the preparation of the architectural vision and elaboration
• Development and enhancement of architecture
• Analysis of organisational structures
• Analysis of information systems portfolio
• Analysis of enterprise business processes
• Corporate Data flow analysis
• IS costs/benefits analysis
• Lead the ERP implementation team and provide expertise and advice to all members

Knowledge and competences:

• Large and proved working experience with ERP for large scale organisations
• Solid analytical capability as well as excellent drafting and reporting skills. Rapid grasp of problems and capacity to identify issues and solutions
• Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
• Creativity and flexibility
