Team Intro/ about the role
In ADSEO we establish internal and external communication mechanisms to solve XFN communication problems to improve communication efficiency. The team is responsible for standardising the project management process, including requirement management, quality management, efficiency management, manpower management, etc. to improve project management efficiency.
Eco Ops team promotes machine learning in local content strategy and model development, and provide support for local market strategy formulation and activity operation through online market data-monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of labeling projects, negotiating with content strategy teams, and driving the implementation and execution of requirements.
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resources coordination and subsequent works.
- Deeply understand the implementation of frontline labeling teams and work with the demand side to develop and optimize labeling guidelines and SOPs.
- Conduct quality management, progress management and risk management by data analysis.
- Continuously optimise project processes and improve the efficiency of project implementation through analysis of business conditions.
- Review the search optimisation requirements of key stakeholders, formulate the implementation plan, and safeguard the user experience, online effect, business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Complete other daily assigned work.
