What Are We Looking For? 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked with enterprise clients. As a Project Manager at Hyro, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position will be reporting to Hyro's CIO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any issues.
  • Monitor and identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the standards set by Hyro and the client.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in a healthtech company - big advantage.
  • Experience with ML / AI / NLU technologies and products - big advantage.

This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually exempt. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
