Role Overview:
Consulting Project Manager leads diverse multi-disciplined teams to deliver Client’s Tech.’s transformational solutions to Enterprise Customers; can be counted on to execute successfully; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results. He/She is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers; gets first hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; making customers and their needs a paramount focus of engagement actions; takes ownership and is committed; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. The PM cultivates a collaborative medium, working with Sales, Partners, Vendors and Customer Support to drive engagement success throughout the lifecycle of challenging projects. Our colleague inspires and motivates his/her team, leads through change and adversity, makes the tough call when needed, builds consensus when appropriate, motivates and encourages others.
