Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product,  the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager (East Coast preferred) with a proven track record in successfully managing product launches and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and refining project management processes, ensuring smooth execution and cross-functional alignment. If you're passionate about driving marketing initiatives from concept to completion, enjoy working with diverse teams, and excel at optimizing workflows for efficient and timely delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Drive marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

  • Develop detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving deadlines and project scope.

  • Oversee the execution of the projects, ensuring proper steps are followed for successful launches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, sales enablement, and engineering for product launch execution

  • Act as the primary point of contact between teams, facilitating communication to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.

  • Lead cross-functional meetings to define project scope, requirements, and expectations, fostering collaboration and shared understanding.

  • Support integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events, ensuring cohesive execution across teams.

Resource and Risk Management:

  • Align resources to the most critical requirements, managing time and schedules across marketing and non-marketing teams

  • Identify and address potential resource constraints that may impact the project’s timelines or quality of delivery.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing strategies to keep projects on track and ensure objectives are met.

  • Resolve obstacles and challenges quickly, maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide quality control checks as assets move from one person to the next, ensuring all feedback has been incorporated and addressed.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Prepare and present detailed project updates, status reports, and post-launch reviews to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

  • Communicate progress, potential challenges, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment with project goals.

  • Communicate out packaged final assets company-wide via Slack.

  • Maintain thorough documentation throughout all project stages to ensure visibility and accountability across cross-functional teams.

Process Management and Improvement:

  • Establish standardized processes and frameworks for consistent project management across the team.

  • Design and refine project management tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.

  • Manage project management systems, provide team training, and continuously evaluate and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management

  • Proficiency in management tools and software such as Jira and Asana

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience in Cyber Security industry preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.

  • Experience with product, digital event marketing campaign deployment.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and practices.

  • Experience in Cyber Security industry preferred

Travel Required 

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 5% of travel to be successful.

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Base salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
