A Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a project within a specified time frame, budget, and scope. The role involves managing resources, schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring the project meets its objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project remains within budget. Support the management of financials related to key contracts.
- Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and expectations of stakeholders.
- Scope Management: Prevent scope creep by ensuring that any changes are documented, approved, and well-managed.
- Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Project Delivery: Ensure the project is completed on time, meets the desired objectives, and is within budget.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals, reports, and findings to Global Service Delivery Lead, Executive Leadership team.
- Manage, and track action items related to key service deliverables. technology trends, and resource needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; finance degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, business administration, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex business environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques to maximize efficiency.
- Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
